2nd MapフラクチャーはZETAがNiPやTLにも勝利しており、1stMAPからの流れを切れるかが重要だった。ピストルラウンドをしっかりと取得したものの、その後はOpTicぺース、5-7で折り返し、後半はOpTicの6ラウンド連取でOpTicが獲得した。
ここを負ければ最後の3rd Mapバインド。ここまですべて取ってきたピストルラウンドを取られ、その後もOpTicの攻めに苦戦、4-8で折り返した。後半、OpTicのチャレンジが刺さる場面が多かったものの、丁寧に返し8-11まで近づく。だが、そこからはOpTicの完璧なZETA対策が刺さり、8-13で終了となった。
今大会、日本代表ZETA DIVISIONは3位で終了となった。FPSタイトルで見れば、とても考えられない快挙で幕を閉じた。ZETA vs OpTic戦は『762,894人』という同時視聴者数を記録し、世界的にも盛り上がりを見せた。
次は国内戦を控えており、そこで勝利したチームがまた世界大会へと進出できる。ZETAが勝ち上がるのか、または、別のチームが勝利して見せるのかなど、注目してみていきたい。
